A Licensing Agreement is a legal document between the Licensor, the person who owns the intellectual property (IP), and the Licensee, or the person receiving a license to use the IP. The Licensors can own a copyright, trademark, patent, service mark, trade secret, know-how, or other IP.
授權契約係在授權人與被授權人間之法律文件，授權人擁有智慧財產，被授權人獲得授權去利用智慧財產。授權人為著作權、商標、專利、服務標章、營業秘密、技術訣竅或其他智慧財產之權利人。
