As the principal legal authority in the region, the chosen candidate will spearhead the establishment and leadership of a dedicated legal team, reporting directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:主要工作

• Forge strong relationships with the CEO, CFO, and other Sr executives to deliver strategic legal advice and solutions.與執行長、財務長及其他資深行政主管建立良好關係，並作出法律策略建議與解決之道。
• Oversee the preparation, review, and negotiation of critical documents including pre-transaction agreements, project contracts, financing agreements, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.掌管草擬文件，審查文件並對爭議文件協商，包含交易前契約（意向書、備忘錄）、共同合作計畫契約、財務契約，以確保公司行為合乎法令。
• Establish and manage contract management system, handle dispute resolution, and work with external counsel to ensure project execution within budget and timelines.建立與管理合約資料系統、處理並解決糾紛，同時與外部律所合作在預算及時間許可期程內執行計畫。
• Conduct corporate secretarial responsibilities, maintain corporate records, ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations.負責管理公司機密事務、維護公司簿冊記載，確保符合法令規範。

Qualifications:資格

• Minimum 4-6 years of relevant legal experience, preferably gained in high-caliber law firms or in-house positions within the energy or construction industries.4到6年相關法律經驗，有大型知名事務所或從事能源或營建企業律師尤佳。
• Qualified lawyer with admission to the bar in at least one jurisdiction.具有任何一國之律師資格並執行律師業務者。
• Comprehensive knowledge in lease agreements, land acquisition, renewable energy, and construction law. Experience with mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and debt financing is a plus.對租約協議、買受土地、再生能源及營建法規具有多元專業，並就併購具有經驗者。
