NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements contained herein, the Parties agree as follows:

1.1 Artist's Works: The term "Artist's Works" refers to all creative works produced by the Artist during the term of this Agreement, including but not limited to [insert details of the works, e.g., music compositions, visual art, performances, etc.].本契約提及之藝人著作係藝人於契約期間創作之著作，包括但不限於 （例如：曲、視覺藝術、表演）。
1.2 Services: 服務即經紀人受任工作內容
"Services" refers to the activities that the Agent will perform on behalf of the Artist, including marketing, promoting, negotiating contracts, and securing opportunities for the Artist's Works.經紀人以藝人代理人身分為行銷、推廣、契約協商與就業穩固。
1.3 Territory: 地域
The "Territory" shall refer to the geographical area where the Agent is authorized to represent the Artist, which shall be [insert specific regions, countries, or state, e.g., worldwide, United States, etc.].藝人授權經紀人可在（ ）地區為藝人的代理人為那些事務。

1.7 Promotional Materials: "Promotional Materials" refers to any marketing, advertising, or promotional materials that feature the Artist's Works, including but not limited to flyers, posters, online content, and press releases.推廣料件：任何彰顯藝人作品用作行銷、廣告或推廣之用料，包括但不限於傳單、海報、線上廣告及出版品。
