§ 1700.5.
Necessity and posting of license No person shall engage in or carry on the occupation of a talent agency without first procuring a license therefore from the Labor Commissioner. The license shall be posted in a conspicuous place in the office of the licensee. The license number shall be referred to in any advertisement for the purpose of the solicitation of talent for the talent agency. Licenses issued for talent agencies prior to the effective date of this chapter shall not be invalidated thereby, but renewals of those licenses shall be obtained in the manner prescribed by this chapter.
在加州從事藝人經紀業須依加州藝人經紀法取得執照。經紀人於其營業所或事務所明顯區域懸掛其執照，同時在任何演藝工作招募廣告中，必須秀出執照編號（證書字號）。執照效力及何時須延展依該法之規定。
