X-ray too much by unserupulou

My daughter become illness in march this year.first time she vomiting and tummy paint.i take her look to the goverment hospital at bukit Mertajam.they want take a x-ray at the tummy and blood test I ask doctor have any problem if infection have virus inside body.he said never mind take 1000 times only will harm body.if like that just do it.say it ok.second time I bring her to private hospital(Island hospital)The hospital was body checkup.i told the doctor that her diffucult to breath when sleeping.will her viral infection doctor want to take x-ray to my daughter.i said don't.because just take it.doctor said how to see if not x-ray.then I follow their instruction.Dont know why he take my daughter nose ,chest and tummy.so much they take.then see nothing .I scold him they said I am insane.afterward my daughter become silly and worst than before.from now may.2021.his was said to me. Difficult breathing so many times.every time I bring to hospital.they must doing x-ray and blood test.almost 6 to 7 times they do it.have  2 times I don't give they do.t1 times they catch my daughter and tie her then  take their blood for test. and test nothing.then follow take second times test nothing also.they said I was make trouble.they did not cure my daughter and have been hurt her by them.2times the doctor show their angry then give order to take picture at her nose ear,chest and tummy ,this is same want to kill her.i blocking him ,he said if I blocking again he will call police.i forced to listen thier word.afterthat my daughter become most seriously and scared to go hospital again.now she is in very very emergency but I don't know what can I do.according to this story can I sue the doctor that hurt my daughter.i want to ask some question here1)how much percent can be win in this case 2)which one hospital did I need to sue first 3) all the hospital rmedical report not give me a copy.they keep thierself.How to get the medical report for used for evidence future 4).will there  delete the evidence if they know I will do something to them cause I have write complain letter to them few week  ago5)I was forgot all the x-ray date date but it at the march until may 2021 only..pls advise.tq very much
